Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hmm, things have been lookin' up these days... Not only did I get my lisence, and not only did my birthday occur, but I also got my braces off, and boy does it feel good. I have already managed to eat a corn on the cob, and I am still on the search for a caramel apple, but not a wimpy one, I want one loaded with caramel and chocolate and perhaps other things as well. As the title implies, today is Thanksgiving. We are going to a restaurant and I feel like a sellout, but oh well. Then we're gonna go see a movie, Flushed Away (my brother's choice, of course). Which reminds me, I saw Marie Antoinette con Tasha and Gabi after we ate at Jimmy Mac's, my favorite restaurant. The movie was even better than I expected. In addition, I also recently saw the movie Happy Feet with my family. It was pretty cute, and you can't go wrong with penguins. They are so cute. But the ending got kinda weird and I didn't like the last like 20 minutes of the movie, but oh well. I won't tell you about it in case I spoil it for those who still want to see it :]

It's My Party and I'll Cry if I want to (but who would?)

So, a coupla things. First, Homecoming was exactly as I expected, hella bomb. Everyone looked beyond amazingly pretty, I had a great time, and I have a newfound appreciation for Claim Jumper, especially 'cuz they put sugar on the rim of the glass.:] As promised, I included pictures (see above). Next, as most of you may have heard, I passed my test and am officially a lisenced driver. Even though I have no insurance and can't legally drive by myself, I'm still one step closer. And I'm counting my pennies, you watch. Nextly, my braces aren't off yet 'cuz I had to reschedule, and it is now going to occur on my birthday. Yippee, I guess. My greatest joy will be being able to eat corn on the cob again, and I really wanna eat a caramel apple too. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Company, here I come. Lastly, tonight we had a little get together (shindig, if you will) at our house for an early birthday celebration and invited some kids that I babysit and their parents and /or some of Andrew's friends and their parents (for most cases, they are both). Now it's usually not too normal for an almost seventeen year old to have like seven kids under the age of six as her party guests but I totally don't mind 'cuz I love little kids (except my little brother, jk,....uhm I guess). It was really cute and a great way to celebrate and we ate pizza, chicken, mojos, and lasagna. It's been kinda a long day and I'm a bit worn out, so I think Imma turn in. Night, amigos.
